- One time orders are charged at a flat rate per order
- Shipping Methods and times:
- We use a 3rd party shipping company for all our shipments
- Orders are shipped within 3 working days
- Orders are delivered within 5 working days
- Shipping Restrictions:
- If your shipping address is not entered correctly when completing your order delays can be expected until we have the correct address in our system.
- Missing or lost packages:
- We use a 3rd party shipping company and do not take liability for any damaged or lost packages

- If a return is accepted and processed by us we will send you additional information for shipping your return to us
- No items returned to us within approval will be refunded
